Campus Master Plan | Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Client: Tan Tao University
Master plan and design services were provided for the new 400-acre university campus, designed to accommodate a student body of 20,000. Native limestone with granite and marble accents establishes a campus architectural vernacular; the campus buildings total 4,500,000 SF. Completed in phases, the first buildings will include 823,665 SF and were designed to meet the specific needs of the following disciplines: Architecture, Business, Engineering, Liberal Arts, Media, and Science. Central Administration, dining halls, residence halls, and the Physical Plant Administration/Maintenance Buildings capitalize on efficiency and effectiveness. Currently, a new health sciences campus is being designed by Morris adjacent to the central campus.
