Huitt-Zollars performed bridge inspections in accordance with the bridge inspection program set forth in ER 1110-2-111, "PERIODIC SAFETY INSPECTION AND CONTINUING EVALUATION OF U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS BRIDGES” for this Indefinite Delivery Contract. The bridges involved facilities in various locations throughout Oklahoma. The scope of work included inspection and evaluation of the condition of the bridge; determination of any repairs, maintenance, or improvements required; calculation of inventory and operating load ratings for the bridge; and completion of a CEBIS (Corps of Engineers Bridge Inventory System) Report based after the Federal Highway Administration, "Recording and Coding Guide for the Structure Inventory and Appraisal of the Nation's Bridges," as set forth in the National Bridge Inspection Standards (23 CFR 650.3). A bridge inspection report was prepared for each site.
