Huitt-Zollars provided professional architectural and engineering design services for the preparation of the program, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and construction phase services for three new Right-of-Way and Fleet Maintenance Facilities: Japhet (LEED Gold), McCarty (LEED Silver), and Crosstimbers (LEED Silver). Huitt-Zollars’ scope also included a code analysis, integration of equipment plans and specifications, selection of furniture, submission for building permits and TDLR ADA Accessibility review, a building life cycle energy and cost analysis, building commissioning and review of the Material Safety Data Sheets with the City’s Fire Marshall.
