Master planning, architectural, and interior design services were provided for the 260,000 square-foot main campus of the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, a 13-acre site located near Houston’s Texas Medical Center. The innovative medical campus was designed to resemble a ‘medical mall’ in order to encourage patients to access a variety of health care services in a pedestrian-friendly environment. Full diagnostic services, administrative offices, senior and pediatric centers, an ambulatory surgical unit, medical specialties, and clinics are available. In a departure from a typical institutional look, large areas of glass offer panoramic views to the Garden Park.
