Huitt-Zollars prepared due diligence, entitlement, and final construction documents for the 39.5-acre, 8-building project. Located strategically near the intersection of I-15 and the 91 Freeway, Corona Crossroads has great access to the Inland Empire freeway system, offering over 817,000 SF of new office and light industrial space to the Inland Empire. The project features dock-high and grade-level loading areas, large fenced-in yard areas, and 60-foot concrete truck aprons. Huitt-Zollars also prepared final engineering documents for the project to include rough grading plans, precise grading plans, on-site utilities plans, off-site public utility connection plans, street improvement plans, street reconstruction plans, erosion control plans, final tract map, and water quality Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans.
