Huitt-Zollars provided preliminary and final design, site analysis, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, wetland relocation, a regional drainage detention basin, and quantity estimates to transform 120 acres of undeveloped land into a new hub for industrial warehouse distribution. Site requirements for the total 200-acre master planned industrial center included 10,000 feet of storm drain; 12,000 feet of sewer; and 15,000 feet of water mains. The site plan changed many times without negatively impacting results. The strategically located industrial warehouse park contains 4 million feet of storage space and provides convenient access to multiple highways.
