Huitt-Zollars served as the primary consultant engineer providing survey and civil engineering services for this 2,000-acre planned community consisting of residential, mixed use property. The design included infrastructure plans for each of the 14 phases of development including grading, roadway, drainage, and utility improvements. The master plan included preparation and submittal of a FEMA Letter of Map Revision package; this resulted in the complete redesign of the drainage infrastructure as dictated by the local flood authority. The redesign incorporated stringent design criteria and accounted for downstream improvements that were constructed.
