Huitt-Zollars prepared the construction plans, technical specifications, and cost estimate for a new 49-acre development for marina home sites connected to Galveston Bay in League City, Texas. The scope of work consisted of the design and construction of a new canal and control structure. The project included design of paving and utilities; driveway connection to FM-2094; a left turn lane on FM-2094; traffic control plans; grading and drainage plans; entry feature with landscaping, irrigation, and a water feature; boat ramps; a traffic impact study; coastal wetland mitigation plantings and coordination and permitting from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Texas Department of Transportation
