Beltway Lakes

Beltway Lakes is a premier office destination in Northwest Houston. The initial master plan was developed and architectural services were provided for the 45-acre development; the design complements the existing office building and garage. Phases I and II consist of two, 6-story, Class A office buildings containing approximately 165,000 square-feet each, and a structured parking garage with a ratio of 4:1000. The contemporary exterior design utilized a mix of highly efficient curtain wall and punched glazing with architectural precast concrete. The buildings are certified LEED Gold–Core & Shell 2.0.
