We are pleased to announce that Riddhi Sanghvi, AIA, WELL AP, LEED AP BD+C, recently joined Huitt-Zollars as an Associate in our Los Angeles office. In this role, Riddhi will focus on project management and execution for our institutional market sector.
Riddhi brings 20 years of experience as a registered architect with a diverse background in adaptive reuse, commercial, multifamily residential, healthcare, design-build, and large-scale, mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Huitt-Zollars, she served as a Senior Project Architect at an urban development firm in Austin, Texas, leading the development and coordination of mixed-use projects. Her achievements include overseeing the Josephine North project in Seattle, Washington, a 198-unit multifamily development with retail space and underground parking. Riddhi also held the position of Senior Project Manager/Architect at a design studio in Boston, Massachusetts, where she managed projects such as the adaptive reuse of the 40,000-square-foot Webster Five Bank HQ in Auburn, MA, and a ground-up 45,000 square-foot, three-story lab building in Somerville, MA. Additionally, her experience includes serving as Project Designer, Project Architect, and Assistant Project Manager at firms in the Northeast as well as in Dubai, U.A.E. where she worked on mixed-use, retail, and other commercial projects.
Riddhi earned her Master of Architecture and Sustainable Cities Graduate Certificate from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology. Riddhi is an active participant in the architecture community and previously served as the Women in Architecture Austin Communications Co-Chair and contributed to the Women Accelerators Mentoring Program and ACE Mentor Program Boston.
