ALDI Distribution Center

Huitt-Zollars' Ontario office provided civil engineering services on this project. The new LEED Gold facility houses 270,000 SF of cold storage space, 480,000 SF of ambient dry storage space, 50,000 SF of Class-A corporate office space, and 30,000 SF of miscellaneous space. The facility receives and distributes product to new ALDI grocery stores and houses the leaders of the ALDI West Coast operation. Huitt-Zollars also provided site selection and feasibility review, preliminary and final engineering, and design as well as construction administration and surveying services for this project. The project also achieved LEED gold certification.
