Huitt-Zollars provided survey and civil engineering services for a site plan layout/configuration of 420 multi-family dwelling units that are divided into five building clusters and located on 16 acres. The site was developed per R-3 zone regulations and is located within a major activity center intended for high density, multi-family residential development. The site supports multi-modal transportation systems within the center. An internal boulevard provides access to the apartments and includes a landscaped median, tree-lined-sidewalks, and parallel parking – all intended to promote pedestrian activity.
