Redlands Spectrum

Huitt-Zollars provided preliminary and final grading plans, utility plans, storm drain plans and calculations, hydrology and hydraulics, a water quality management plan, storm water pollution prevention plan, parcel and condo maps, road dedications, and site planning services. The project involved 14 executive office buildings that range from 2,500-square-foot single-story units up to 20,000-square-foot, two-story units. Huitt-Zollars designed several underground storm chamber systems, allowing storm water storage that percolates into underlying soil. The system helps recharge the ground water table, and provides overflow runoff into the City underground storm drain system once required storage volume is achieved.
