Facebook Data Center

Huitt-Zollars is currently working on the first phase of the VLL Data Center in Los Lunas. The project consists of overall master planning for the entire 300-acre campus. The first phase includes the construction of the internal road system and the first two buildings within the campus— totaling over 1,000,000 square feet.

Cabezon Wastewater Treatment Plant Reservoir and Booster Station

Huitt-Zollars is providing construction design and management services for a new 3 MG concrete reservoir and new 6 MGD water reuse system booster station located at the Cabezon Wastewater Treatment Plant #6. The construction of the 3 MG reuse storage tank includes a concrete foundation, inlet piping, outlet piping, overflow and drain lines, and special coatings for protection.

Wellspring Avenue

Huitt-Zollars completed the design of a four-lane collector road which connects to two major arterials, Unser Boulevard and Westside Boulevard, and serves as entry for the new Presbyterian Hospital. The road right-of-way contains water, sewer, and storm drain piping sized to serve approximately 145 acres of commercial, office, and institutional land use, and to provide access to a proposed 1,000,000-SF Lifestyle Center.

Cabezon Communities

Huitt-Zollars provided design, survey, and construction management services for the developer of the Cabezon community as well as individual builders. This 900-acre planned community offers amenities that provide an exceptional living experience. In addition to providing the infrastructure design to support the project, Huitt-Zollars removed approximately one mile of floodplain to open areas to development. The floodplain was routed to a new lined channel around the property and remapped with FEMA.
