As an officer of the Company, he is responsible for overseeing the Dallas bridge group as well as leading its business development initiatives. He has successfully established a client base with TxDOT, NTTA, and the City of Plano.

Based in the Huitt-Zollars Dallas office, Kirby will focus on leading and directing the firm’s growing architectural practice throughout North Texas. A seasoned leader and architect with over 40 years of experience, Kirby is well-versed in project management, business development, client relations, and project team leadership.
We are pleased to announce that Guillermo Salcedo, P.E. CFM., has joined Huitt-Zollars as an Associate and Senior Project Engineer in our Houston West office where he will focus primarily on project execution, business development, and client management for our public works practice in Southeast Texas. Guillermo brings to the firm over 20 years of experience in management, design, and construction of roadways, storm sewer systems, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, and other municipal engineering projects.
