Huitt-Zollars is pleased to announce Jason Elms, P.E. has been promoted to Managing Principal of its Dallas, Texas, office. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staff of the office. Jason, a Vice President at Huitt-Zollars, recently joined the firm to lead and direct business development efforts for urban development clients throughout North Texas.
Huitt-Zollars is excited to announce its expansion to Washington DC with its National Capital Region office. The new National Capital Region office will primarily focus on Federal projects but will also allow for expansion into other local, growing markets. Huitt-Zollars is a Joint Venture Team member recently awarded the design contract for the new $850 million Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Currency Production Facility outside of Washington DC, expediting the firm’s decision to open a new, local area office.
Huitt-Zollars is excited to announce Matthew Ford, RA, AIA, LEED Green Associate, has joined the firm as a Vice President. From our Dallas office, he will lead and continue to expand the firm’s architectural practice throughout North Texas.

Greg Wine, P.E., will serve as Chief Marketing Officer, James Twomey, P.E. will serve as Chief Operations Officer, and Kim Kemper, P.E. was named as Chief Business Officer.

Rey will be responsible for managing the daily operations and staff of the Huitt-Zollars Austin office. Additionally, he will lead and direct business development efforts for municipal and land development clients in the Central Texas region.
Huitt-Zollars is excited to announce the recent hire of Jason R. Elms, PE, LEED AP, who has joined the company as a Vice President in our Dallas office. In his role, Jason will focus on providing project management and developing business to grow the land development practice. He comes to Huitt-Zollars with more than 23 years of experience in the DFW civil engineering and land development space.
